How to Install Rom By Twrp First Time.
Here is the step by step guide to install Android Nougat And any Other Roms on Redmi 2/Prime:
Step 1: Firstly, you need to download the ROM.
Step 2: Download GAAPS.
Step 3: Put the above downloaded file into device SD card storage.
Step 4: Now boot the device into TWRP recovery mode. To do this press volume down and power button at the same time.
Step 5: Now make backup of your current ROM. Tap on “Backup” and swipe right to create backups. After creating backup go back to TWRP main menu. You have to select storage option to backup internal Memory to fast backup of your current Rom. If you choose Micro SD Card Depend of sd card R/W Speed. It takes 5 to 7 minutes.
Step 6: Now tap on “Wipe” to wipe the system partition. Swipe right to confirm the action.
Step 7: Return to recovery main menu window and click on “Install”.
Now navigate to the downloaded ROM and GAAPS file. First select the ROM ZIP package and then click on “Add more ZIP” and select GAAPS package. Now swipe right to start flashing. The whole process can take up-to 5-10 minutes. After completing the process go back and reboot the device.
